A note under the door

The house is small and the inbox is read by the same people who write the pages. Slip a note under the door and it will be found — usually the same day, occasionally after someone's cat finishes a very important nap on the keyboard.

What a note here can fix

• A number on this shelf that no longer matches Amazon's
• A broken link or a picture that won't load
• A fact worth adding to a guide, with the label to back it
• Anything on this site that gets in the way of reading it

What it can't reach

• An Amazon order — tracking, changing or refunding one happens in Your Orders
• Veterinary judgment about your particular cat — that door belongs to your vet
• Elanco itself — their product-support line is printed on every carton

Paper, if you insist
