Three packs or six: sizing the season

Cheristin's drops are identical in every box — the only decision is how many months you're buying at once. Amazon stocks two sizes: the 3-dose and the 6-dose.

The 3-pack is the first-timer's box. Three months is long enough to see the whole arc — the fast knockdown, the quiet weeks, the second and third applications — before committing a larger sum to any product, however recommended.

The 6-pack is the settled household's box. Applied monthly it covers half the year, which in most of the US means the entire serious flea season in one purchase. Per dose it's also the cheaper way to buy — the gap isn't dramatic, but it's real and it repeats every month.

Multi-cat homes tilt the math further toward the 6-pack, and toward keeping a spare box unopened. Since every cat over 1.8 lbs takes the same one-size dose, a single box serves the whole windowsill without any per-cat calculation.

Whichever size comes home, mark the application day somewhere you'll actually look. Six weeks of protection is generous, but the monthly rhythm is the one that never lets a gap open.
