Back through the cat door

Cats reserve the right to return anything: the new bed, the expensive toy, your affection. Boxes have a narrower door. Everything bought through this shelf returns the way it came — through Amazon.

Where a return starts

Your Orders on Amazon, the same as anything else bought there. The listing you purchased from carries its own return terms, and those terms — not this page — are the ones that bind.

What usually goes back, and what doesn't

• Unopened box inside the return window — ordinarily returnable the standard way
• Opened flea treatment — health-category rules often say no; check the listing's return note before unsealing
• Wrong item in the parcel — Amazon support fixes this one regardless of category
• Damaged in transit — photograph first, then the problem-with-order flow

When it isn't about the parcel

A dose that was applied and simply didn't suit your cat is not a shipping matter — that conversation belongs with your veterinarian, and with the Elanco product-support line printed on every carton. Both take it seriously.
