Whatever checkout promises for your address is the promise that counts — it knows your zip code; we don't.

If it lands badly
A flea treatment goes onto skin, so treat the box like the medicine it is: crushed carton, broken seal, leaking applicator — photograph it and use Amazon's problem-with-order flow rather than shrugging. Replacements for damaged pet meds are one of the things Amazon is reliably quick about.
